I am unable to weigh the sash as the affected windows are in a remote site

Both my upper guide attachments for my bedroom window broke. The number on the balance is 2930 with the letters BSI above the numbers. My window is a non tilt window. Many of the windows in my home are difficult to open, others the channel balances have broken, so I am attempting to replace all. I have 2 different size/style windows and corresponding balances. Norandex window. Channel balance says 2950 on it. 30" in length. 1/2" or 5/8" wide. . I was thinking it was part S380-30. Please confirm.
