Support,The only number on the channel is 29-4 EA2 CMC 5. The metal channel is 30 inches long and 1/2 inch wide. The window weighs about 33 lbs. The window was installed new about 2005, but no manufacturer information except for the above. Can you determine what I need?Thank You,Rich ... (cont.)

Both my upper guide attachments for my bedroom window broke. The number on the balance is 2930 with the letters BSI above the numbers. My window is a non tilt window. Many of the windows in my home are difficult to open, others the channel balances have broken, so I am attempting to replace all. I have 2 different size/style windows and corresponding balances.
