S385-30 30" Series 385 Channel Balance

I need to replace the channel balances that are stamped 29 5 BSI. What weight category do I need? Thanks

I don't know which sash guide is a good match? I also need a couple balance springs too. They are 30 ". From metal end to metal end. The plastic ends are not included in the length.

The part is 30" metal to metal, 1/2" wide. Non tilt window. Any help would be appreciated. Plan on buying 12 pieces and want to make sure I order the correct ones.

I would like some help identifying the correct channel balance and sash guide for my window. I have non-tilt windows, the channel balance is 1/2" wide and 30" long, and is stamped 2930. I believe the sash guide I need is 18-161. It is 1 3/4" long, and the other measurements seem to match those lis ... (cont.)

The rod is 30 long and 9/16 wide. Both sides are broken. I looked on your site and cannot figure out which 30" series is right.

Hey, I have part S385-24 in my cart. Can you make sure I have the correct part please. I also have some 2950 to get as well, they have the same ends.
