Need help with 2924DSL Stamp Balance
Hi I try to get (30" Window Channel 1/2) Balance but I don't sure about it, I add the images for help. I don't see the "2924DSL" series number in the list when I pick the 385 series. Please, I need be sure before purchase the product. thanks

Channel balance and sash top pieces
There is no stamps on the channel balance. They appear to 1/2 inch wide and 30 inch in length. Four windows (8 balances) that measures approximately 50x32. Markings printed on the channel balances differ from window to window.

Channel Balances for Window
I am looking for a part number for both sides of my window and the springs that go onside? The window is 51 inches wide and 61 inches in height, the metal bar that (the spring goes into I think they both fell out together) is 30 inches and the spring is 16 inches the only label inside the frame is t ... The original balances (from 8 years ago) were 2950 and too strong to lower the window easily. I had a contractor change 5 windows & he used 2940 & they work great. channel balances replacements needed
Both window balances are broken They are stamped "IMP 29 DS 38 BS1 BT " The IMP DS and BT arestamped vertically in smaller type. The metal portion is 30" long. Window is about 30# or more and swings in from the bottom when lifted without the balances.What model do I order?James

Need window channels
Per the label on the window these are ALC-1 Alcan windows. Both channels do not stay in place. They tend to drop down. The one channel has a broken string. I'd like to get two new channels. The code on the channels is 2920-0. The channels measure exactly 31 inches including the plastic clips on each ... (cont.)

Help me to identify the right balance
I need 8 pairs of these balance. The part number is showing in the picture. They show different numbers, but they all actually look the same to me. The two plastic ends look the same. Can you help me to identify which part I need to buy? Thanks a lot!

Number on balancers 2940. BSI also plastic clips that mount on top
Window brand. Norandex. Clips have broken on all windows allowing balancers to pop up on side track of windows. I am not referring to clips attached to balancers. Do I need to replace balancers that appear to be fine and just reinstall with new clips as shown in photo?

You can see the front and back of each end of the plastic clips. The number etched into the track is 2910. Measuring it metal track end to metal track end it is 30" I have some tracks in my checkout cart already....I THINK I have the correct ones but I'd rather you tell me which track I should order ...
