S385-30 30" Series 385 Channel Balance

The balance I pulled out was 1/2 wide and 30" long. The only numbers i saw on it was 29 6 and a trade mark symbol. Picture attached.

29c is printed on the channel balance. what would be the correct replacement to purchase

These from a NuAir window. Best I can tell they are 61-295 for the balance and 61-501 for the bottom bracket & 61-516 for the top bracket. I would like to get 4 replacements assembled and ready to install.

Have a look at both our S380-30 and S385-30 channel balances. These look identical, with the exception of the bottom balance shoe 'depth' measurement. You will need to measure the depth of your bottom balance shoe, the way it is shown in the diagram below, to determine which of the two balances woul ... (cont.)

Here is the faulty channel Balance. This one has slightly different numbers than the identical window next to it that I replaced a year ago? That one took a 30" Series 385 Channel Balance option 2930. Is this the same or does it require a different one? ART
