S385-30 30" Series 385 Channel Balance

We need to order a 1 replacement channel balance which has numbers 29 6 HW CMC 11 on it for a non tilt window. Not sure of type to order. It measures 30 in in length and is 1/2 wide. Photos are attached. Also need 4 top sash guides which measure 5/8" Top Sash Guide Product Code: 18-009 Als ... (cont.)

I ordered and received 5/8" Top Sash Guide, Kinco (18-166). I replaced the broken ones as illustrated in the video. However, the balancers continue to force through the guides. Is there a different size guide or what else could you recommend as a solution? Robert

looking at photos ,,, i feel that the "385" series is the best match for my nontilt window....but the markings on the stamp (29 5 HV CMC 2) I assumed the "29" meant,length is "29" inches ....but when i measured the metal frame I got "30 inches"....included are some photos .....hopefully they'll help ... I have a few Kinko windows that seemed to break all at once . I looked through your examples & non look like the top of the balances I have . Can others be substituted ? Balances are 30" long & the only thing I can make out on the balance is IW CMC 7 , 1/2 " balance ,Any help would be great. ... (cont.)

I purchased some 18-166 Top sash guides from you recently and thought my troubles were over but now am not sure. The window is very difficult to raise and I noticed the balancer on the left side pokes out from under the sash. Had a difficult time closing the window and also removing the sash to ... (cont.)

After 10y in the sun the plastic top and shoes in one of my aluminum windows will not seat properly (end up above the window). I'm unsure why because they look OK and any ideas would be appreciated. I suspect I may need at least the end fittings but I'm unsure which channel balance and end fit ... (cont.)

Hello: I am ordering my balancer. But there was a list of required options with different numbers like 2910, 2920...after clicking on Add to Cart. It wouldn't go through if I don't select it. I wonder what are those options and if I have to choose the options. Thanks.

I'd like to correctly identify the replacement window channel balance. Attached are pictures of the broken part I need to replace. 9/16 channel width, 30 inch length It seems to me Series 380 or 385 should work, but would like to make sure. Thanks. Peter H.

The length of these balances I need are 30",the weight of the window sash is 25.4 . I am hoping your company can help me with these parts I need prices and availibility . My customer will need 4 of these balances . Thank you, Mark

I have two broken channel balances in a milgard window. The stamp on the channel balance says: "29 3 JO Caldwell". Can you tell me which model I need to buy for replacement? Thank you

I just replaced the top sash guide, kinco 18-166 but would also like to get the channels guides. The stamp looks like 29 4 'and then printed in another direction BS1 14' not sure if this is BS / 14 or 85 / 14 have know clue. I have matched my existing hardware to the #S385-30" Channel Balance with the 15-004 shoe, 19-005 top (winged), 18-166 Top sash clip, and 16-082 Take Out Clip. All measurements and details match. What option will match a channel balance with the following- 29 9 EX CMC 11?
