Hello: I am ordering my balancer. But there was a list of required options with different numbers like 2910, 2920...after clicking on Add to Cart. It wouldn't go through if I don't select it. I wonder what are those options and if I have to choose the options. Thanks.

I'd like to correctly identify the replacement window channel balance. Attached are pictures of the broken part I need to replace. 9/16 channel width, 30 inch length It seems to me Series 380 or 385 should work, but would like to make sure. Thanks. Peter H.

The length of these balances I need are 30",the weight of the window sash is 25.4 . I am hoping your company can help me with these parts I need prices and availibility . My customer will need 4 of these balances . Thank you, Mark

Hi, I'm trying to figure out which channel balance I need for my sash windows. I've attached the photos. They are 30" with the marking 2940 on them. I'm not sure which series (cl/1_2-inch-Wide-Channel-Balances) I should be ordering. Thanks, Jim

I have two broken channel balances in a milgard window. The stamp on the channel balance says: "29 3 JO Caldwell". Can you tell me which model I need to buy for replacement? Thank you

I just replaced the top sash guide, kinco 18-166 but would also like to get the channels guides. The stamp looks like 29 4 'and then printed in another direction BS1 14' not sure if this is BS / 14 or 85 / 14 have know clue. I had one channel balance fail in a window that is ~5-6 years old. It has an inked designator on the spine that reads as follows: 29-9 LX CMC 11 It measures ~1/2" across the spine and is 30" long. I have matched my existing hardware to the #S385-30" Channel Balance with the 15-004 shoe, 19-005 top (winged), 18-166 Top sash clip, and 16-082 Take Out Clip. All measurements and details match. What option will match a channel balance with the following- 29 9 EX CMC 11?

Hi, The Window Sash weighs 32 pounds. Length of the balancers is 30''. The top looks like 19-005 the bottom looks like 15-002. If I can't use a stock balance to replace those, how do I order 4 of those custom-made? Please advise asap. Thanks, Matt

This is for a single-hung window. I could not find any identifying markings, etc. Pictures are attached. Length 30" and width is 1/2". Thanks, Tom

Hi, I need to identify and order the attached channel balances in these pictures, : the measurements are 9/16" x 30" for the channel, 9/16" width on the top end piece and 7/16" width and 1" front to back on the bottom piece; the number stamped on the channel seems to be: 29C USB or 290 USB. I have pictures of the type balance I need but the spring is too strong. The window weights 30 pounds. The Id marking is 29 9 KW CMC 11 and the length is 30 inches. Can you suggest a replacement. I have several balances that no longer hold the window. Specifically, they do not catch the window at the low end of window. Do I need to replace the balances?
