26-021 Pivot Bar, 2-1/2"

the pivot bar on my tilting window broke off inside. How do I remove the broken piece so I can replace with a new bar. I removed the screw, but cannot get remaining piece of the bar to come up far enough to pull out.Any help would be appreciated.

Trying to ID this pivot bar. Looks like a 26021, but mine has two wings on end (one is broken off). # on back is 23145

I just closed a real estate transaction and the seller agreed to replace half the springs. I have to do the other half. Attached is a couple pics of what his contractor installed. I want to do the others on my own. Do the markings on this Chanel look like yours?

the numbers printed on the window are g403 00192 7000, JW 05-08L0W-E, ALI IAASTM E774. the only number I could find printed on the balance is PAT:#5.737.877need 6 sets of balances and 2 window locks for this windowNot sure if you have just the springs or if I need to buy the whole balance set? ... I have previously order replacement window balance hardware S850-34 with black 1 1/4 width shoe. I think the S850-34 is discontinued. Can you give me the list of replacement hardware that is now available.

The channel that the wedge or shoe rests in (see item C-Bottom), is approximately 1 3/8". The bottom sash is 29 7/8" by 32 3/8" wide. Frame opening is 32 1/2". The channel that both sashes sit in is 58 1/4" high.
