Hello, I need a pair of hinge pins for an upper sash. The balance system is marked "20 5 BV CMC 4" and has rectangular holes for the hinge pins. The hole dimensions are approximately 0.25"x 0.375". I estimate the age of the windows to be roughly 15 years. Thanks,Rolf

I am looking for replacement coil springs for my window, they were made by gorell the windows weigh 14 lbs and are 35" wide by 21 1/4" tall. the channel the spring and slide runs in is 1 7/16" wide by 1/2" deep. I am not able to remove the slide without having to cut the channel and i am unable to f ... (cont.)

Double hung window, lower sash springs broken, both sides, looking for 9 Lb. springs, pivot bar and pivot lock shoes. No cutouts, and no room at top or bottom, but I saw in a You tube video a guy cut his own cutouts. Lower sash opens 31 inches. Channel is about 1 1/4" x 1/2". It's not clear in the p ... (cont.)

Cannot determine window manufacturer, but looking to replace broken single coil weights for tilt windows. The removed coil weight does not indicate size, part #, weight... No markings from what I can see. Looking to replace the coil weights and any other of the moving parts to make the window fun ... (cont.)
