Hi, none of the 6 double hung vinyl windows in the house I just bought will stay open. The spiral is the same for all of them. 31" long, red tip, looks like the s400. In a few of the windows that I managed to force up, the red tip was shattered. There's grease everywhere. The windows are marked 198 ... (cont.)

So these shoes are 3/8" x 1" x 2". I ordered the 15-045 and apparently to bar does not fit into the pivot shoe. It is 1/4". The opening aon the actual is larger. So i need something differnent so the shoe will accept the bar. The bat on existing is 1/4" but does not fit into the 15-045. It is 3 1/4" ... (cont.)

On the coil spring it shows 5EH. I could not get all the parts out of the window for measurements

Searching for sash clip; very simple looking... like a miniature piece of channel (dimensions in photos). Opposite side rusted and broke off. Did not see in your selection, but I may have overlooked it. Thanks!

I need to get the part that I would assume is a metal pin for the window tilt. I have attached the photo of what it attaches to but as you can see, it has rusted away.
