Pivot pins have rusted off

My windows are 20 yrs old the pins are rusted. How do I get them out of the vinyl widow frame? This is a picture of the bottom of the window.

I am looking for the pivot pins for this window. I have no identifier of window brand outside the gold NAMI sticker.

I have the same windows Polytex DH 3000. Need help finding the aluminum guide pin located in the bottom of the top windown.

I have attached three photos of the Pivot Bar 1) inserted in the window, 2)length, and 3) width. Windows were installed in 2003 (new construction). Not sure but have been purchased from Quality Window and Door, MD.

Some of the spring coil's have failed in the sash lifting modules . They appear to be modules (three on each side of the larger windows). All of the pivot pins have rusted out. I cracked the housing on my coil spring balance. Attached are pics of tone of the food balances and the only. In era I can find on the window. These windows were installed by a contractor when the house was built in 2000.

I have Traco Power II double hung windows that tilt. The window balances on the upper/outside window broke. A picture is attached. I have 2 questions: 1. Are parts available? 2. Please help me identify replacement parts for window balance and window tilt hardware. See attached photos. The balance is 27" long. The window tilt hardware is approximately 2 3/8" long by 5/8" wide.

pic 8149 is missing the balance, pics 8148, 8150, & 8151 have it installed on the other side of the window.
