pic 8149 is missing the balance, pics 8148, 8150, & 8151 have it installed on the other side of the window. Also I believe a spring was broken on the side of the missing balance (pic 8149) so I am not sure if there is additional hardware that may be missing. Window will not stay open. Single ... (cont.)
