Tilt window spiral balance
It is 29 inches long with a white plastic covering. This came off a bedroom window and needs replacement. I also will need the adjustment tool. The diameter of the spiral balance is 3/8 inches

Tilt Pivot Bar and Balance Shoes
Hi! Today, I opened my windows to lubricate the balancers. I pulled them inward to find that the tilt pivot bars were so rusted that they actually broke. The tilt pivot bars snapped from the balance shoes. We were able to remove the rusted pivot bars. I'm not yet sure how to remove the balance shoes ... (cont.)

Bottom sash plastic housing broken
Spiral balance works fine, just these pivot bar housings have gone bad. If you can also identify the pivot bars that would be great, since they started to bend.

Part of the window where Pivot Bar gets screwed in to. Pivot bar in a bathroom window is rusted in to this window part. Do you carry this plastic part? Length 3 and 1/8" Width 6/8" see pictures attached.

Window Sash Pivot Bars
The bars are 3" long, 5/16" wide and 3/16" tall. They have two holes. The protrusion line (one on each end so they appear to be reversible) is 3/8" from the end.
