Broken parts double hung Series 350 SH H-R25-47x73Im guessing these are MI windows, are they? In the house that was purchased in 2008. We need replacement parts for two double hung windows as all four of these parts (are they called balance shoes?) are broken.ThanksJim

The bottom sash bracket has rusted away and can no longer connect to the spiral balancer base bracket. I think the balancer is ok, I just need to replace the sash bracket. Thank's for your help. I have not found any names or numbers on the window.

I am looking to replace channel balances on windows at my beach house. Balances on all windows are failing due to rust.
