Coil springs in no-name vinyl window stopped working; window won't stay up. They are visible ouside of the enclosure on both sides, unlike other working widows in the house. I'm not sure what I need to fix the window. Based on the attached pictures, can you tell? If you need better pictures, please ... (cont.)

The part is 2 inches by 1 1/4 inches by 1/2 inches thick. I have included a picture of the torsion bar that it fits into. The part I have is all plastic with a metal top plate where the torsion bar enters the shoe.

I think the lock balance shoe open cam is Product Code: 15-195B. Also need tilt window latch Thanks Keith

There is a hook where two spring is attached and is under constant tension . The number on these two balance is 6 and 5 on each side of window. Can you send some instructions videos on how to remove and install new complete balances. I need to order asap. Thank you I had previously inquire sbout ... (cont.)

The opposite end of the hook appears to be a bolt/pin that fits into the window and it has rusted away.I also need the rusted replacement pin/part attached to the window (looks to be with one screw).

Im trying to match this shoe. Not the typical channel shoe. Do you need to replace the whole balance assembly? You see the rusted out one in question. First time I have seen this style of shoe with a channel balance.

I need replacement coil spring balancers for two windows. I am unable to find any identifying markings, serial numbers, weight ratings, etc. Pictures are uploaded. House is in a development in Southern New Jersey, built new in 2003.

I went to fold out this window this morning a discovered that the sash (I believe thats what it is called) is broken on the right side of the sliding window itself. I believe I would need all the parts that would go on the slider and frame. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you Paul ... (cont.)

Hello! I have a 2003 home built by Zaring in Cincinnati. I need to replace my rusted sash pivot bars. Attached are pics. There is no info on the window manufacturer.

I am replacing broken pivot shoes. They measure 2"x 1 1/4" and has depth of 1/2". I am replacing broken spiral balances as well. They are green tip, 3/8" wide by 39" in length. That part is easy. The pivot shoe is not. They have blue cam with black brake. I do not know the manufacturer of the window ... (cont.)

This is a tilt window. The actual metal channel is 25" long and 1/2" x 1/2" wideth & depth. The lower end of the channel connects to the tilt lock and the top end has a string coming out that connects to a screw in the side of the window, up high. The window weighs 13.5 lbs. Both coils damaged just purchased and replaced in July. One snapped One bent. Please advise?
