i bought your: S140-23 coil balance the ones I have pulled out are labeled: 3.0 35" P (there are 2 of these coils) and 4.0 35" P ( there is 1 of these) I have already installed what I ordered but the window sash is not moving without me using a ton of force. There is one of these on each side of the window track. The plastic covering is breaking apart and there is a circular spring inside it.

I have a coil spring that I do not see in your catalog. It is your Series 165. The coil sash is marked as a 9.0 and its paten #5232208. Thank you

Not sure what model it is. One spring has a 3 and one has a 4. Window weighs about 14 pounds. I just bought this house on dec 5th 2013 and have 2 windows that won't work properly. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hello, We ordered coil balances and the stamp on the new balances read 4.5 35". It is tough to read the old or existing part, but all I can make out is 4" 35".
