I don't know if you have any triple coil retainers, but this has 35" 4lb. coils as in the photo. Ann help would be greatly appreciated..Thank you,Andrew

I am having difficulty removing the spring housing/vinyl cover from inside track of window frame. Cannot tell if there were one or two springs inside. Springs came out in broken pieces. I need the plastic cover and the 4 coils for each side of 4 windows.

I am needing these replacement parts. Is this enough information to be able to determine what parts that are need? I have a customer needing a coil spring (5232208) that is 3/8" wide. One for a 4 lb x 35" window. And one for a 5lb x 35" window.

Is there a diagram of the parts and installation for the coil, pivot shoe and coil balance strap?

I wanted to find the number on the coil balance today, but was very confused when I saw 3 coils on the one side of the window where the coil had let go of the shoe. These were all parts that came off of one side. Now I'm not sure what to order. Help?! Thank you Karen

I am in need of parts for my Simonton windows. I need balance coils, coil covers, and pivot blocks.

The old coil is showing #4 5 35" on the end. It measures 1/2 inch wide. The replacement coil with #4 is only showing 3/8 wide. The #5 more closely matches the old one. Which do you recommend?

Hello; How do you tell what weight a coil balance supports? I need to replace the all 6 coil balances in one of my single-hung windows (3x on each side); and I can't find the weight on the old coil balances. Thanks, Mike

The cover to our triple coil balance (support) has broke and I'm hoping you can help replace it. The support is 4" long and appears to be 3/4" wide. The coils themselves measure 7/16" wide.
