Simonton double hung bathroom window, weight is 10lb. 1oz. Coil spring broke. Need new parts.

I have a new construction home bought brand new and it's two years old now I have a problem getting a replacement part because the parts are no were on the internet or hardware stores. The windows don't have a name anywhere on them just sizes and I can't get any info from the builder. really need so ... (cont.)

Window is sagging on left side due to what I think is the balancer, curious to see if the parts can be found anywhere. No visible marking on Window or parts.

Need to replace balance on left and right side of window (picture of liable attached. Sash weighs 16/17 lbs. can you tell be replacement parts to purchase? Coil is 1/2 inch wide. Appears to be double coil.Thanks

Window will not stay up. The plastic cam housings and pivot lock shoes have cracked under pressure and broken off. I believe part of what I need may be #15-087 balance coil. I found this post when searching for my own part that has the same numbers on the coil support. "The numbers on the white piece above it are 5.232.208 & 5.365.638 need replacement parts." I have an Amerimax Craftsman Portrait Series single hung window. The coils on both sides of the window have broken. Looking to find the necessary replacement parts so that I can fix the problem. What balance do I need for this window? 0003281501 It's 2 spring and I think 3/8 spring width

Lower tilt out vinyl sash weighs -23 lbs and is 36" tall so probably need 35" travel. Old balance assembly has 2 coil springs as shown in picture.
