Number on the carrier 590 Pat#5740165. I was also wondering to the replacements come with the springs or are they separate?

The part is a Force balance from a Milgard Tuscany 8225T double hung window. The spring has an number: 5232208 with the number 35 above it. Both balances seem to be broken.

On the coil I see stamped "MP" and "90". The windows are inexpensive modern vinyl double hung windows.

We like to know whether Series 161 Coil Balance (8 lbs) can replace the broken unit in the attached pictures. The broken coil unit is 1.25" in width and 0.55" in depth. The vinyl D.H. replacement window (36 inch by 40 inch) with tilt-in sash is manufactured by BFRich Co., which is out of business. ... (cont.)

The lower sash of the window that was installed 10/14/2004 won't stay up. I have taken off the lower window and the coils on both sides are all coiled up on the bottom. Hi - I don't see any markings on the hardware, or the windows :-( Tried to get the best possible pics & measurement.

This hardware is from a vertical sliding window, with 2 panes sliding up/down. Total 4 assemblies for this one window. The pictures are from on of such assemblies. Trying to ID this coil type balance. The closest thing I can find is a roller tilt, they are not the same.

Hello, My bathroom window balance coil broke on both sides of the window. The coil has #6.5 35" P stamped on it. It also has the number 5232208 stamped in the same place. Not sure what parts to order. Please help.

Approx. 20 yr old BF Rich window, 28"x ~48". can't find similar parts on website. The measured depth is 1/2", width 1-1/4". I think it say 6 pounds (maybe 9 if reading upside down), but 6 lbs seem right for size of window??
