The lower sash of the window that was installed 10/14/2004 won't stay up. I have taken off the lower window and the coils on both sides are all coiled up on the bottom. Hi - I don't see any markings on the hardware, or the windows :-( Tried to get the best possible pics & measurement.

This hardware is from a vertical sliding window, with 2 panes sliding up/down. Total 4 assemblies for this one window. The pictures are from on of such assemblies. Hello, My bathroom window balance coil broke on both sides of the window. The coil has #6.5 35" P stamped on it. It also has the number 5232208 stamped in the same place. Not sure what parts to order. Please help.

Approx. 20 yr old BF Rich window, 28"x ~48". can't find similar parts on website. The measured depth is 1/2", width 1-1/4". I think it say 6 pounds (maybe 9 if reading upside down), but 6 lbs seem right for size of window??

this is one of the balancers, the spring is stamped 7.5 31" and a number 52323.the window weighs 14.1 lbs, measured it on a scale. The balance measures 9/16×1-1/4 and looks like a single coil. It's for a single hung window. The bottom sash measures 28w x 23t. I took it apart and put it back together so they could continue to use it. I didn't think to weigh the window . Thank Tony
