Hi I work in maintenance in apartments and i have multiple windows that wont stay in place and have broken parts. i have attached a photo with all parts that i need . thank you!

I have broken balancers on all my windows. Window are Simonton installed in 2004. Window weight is 21 lbs. pictures are from the right side. When I removed the left side it a total of 3 coils. If I am able to buy new balancers for each window, will I need to change the pivot bars that are attach ... (cont.)

Need to know the correct part to order

We have several of these parts that are broken in our recently pruchased home would like to know if you have part and cover for springs?

I have a Simonton vinyl tilt window from 2004 with two broken balancers. I found one of the three springs inscribed with #4.0 and 35". I'm not sure of your parts will fit. I can send pictures if needed. I will need at least two balancers but will check my other windows before I place an order . ... (cont.)

I have two windows in a rental property that need work. The first on is missing the right side hardware and the left side is pretty mangled looking. The second window is missing the right side hardware and I've shown the left side. I think it would be wise to replace all balance hardware on both ... (cont.)

Hello, I have tilt windows at my house. The balances need replaced. See the attached pictures. I had 3 coils together on each side. The coils have printed on them #4.0 35" P. Unfortunately, I do not have any markings on the balance that is already installed nor on the one that broke. Please let me know what else I can do to help with identifying the balance I need to help the bedroom window stay open. Thank you for the help!
