I need new window tilt latches for series 7000/7001 vinyl windows. I also need the guides in the track that the tilt latches ride up when you open the window. As you can see I can put my finger through the existing guide. Thanks for any help you could provide.

Hello I need to replace some window balances. The window information I have is 8026728/10 Unit: 35.5000 65.5000, G1: 31.5000 30.1250. I need to replace all the balances for 3 windows so six balance assemblies total.

Looking for correct part to replace disintegrated triple coil balance. Windows installed 2005. Info attached.

I need to replace several coil balance springs on my Simonton windows, they are from 2005, I believe. I can't see a part number on it, but it looks like there are 3 coils inside the cover. I have a A double hung 2852W purchased fall 2006. The coil spring (it is actually 3 loops) and cover. Cover broke and one spring is deformed. Need new part. And insturction how to install as the "opening" is too short. This part had to have been installed

Years of sun exposure has made theses "guides?" brittle. Don't know how to shop for replacements.

The Simonton Profinish in window in our Tallahassee FL home mainly face east and west, so they get a lot of sun. But, all the other windows have similar issues. The window weighs approximately 21 LBS. The size of the window glass is 27.5 tall by 30.25 Wide. The sash that goes all the way around the window is about 1.5" (the white part that hold window) There are 3 springs hooked together that individually say #4 035" P

Can you please help me identify the window coil springs that I need. I don't see any numbers except the ones on the coil .
