Simonton Coil Channel Balancer - see attached photographs and manufacture's information tag for specifications. Need to repair 4-5 windows relatively soon because I'm sellingthe house. Attached pictures show damage to both balance and pivot assemblies. Just took pics of one window. Looking at the rest of the house there are multiple instances(at least six) of the balance assembly not in its proper location.
