The crank assembly in pic 5705 will open but not close the window. When attempting to close, the handle screws out. The other photos are of the mitered lower trim pieces on the window exterior. The photos are of 2 different sized windows.

I just bought a number of the biege 14 1/2" tracks, and they are not going to work. This is a simpler track, with a cutout in the bottom to allow the operator "wheel" to snap in place. Four #7 screw holes, and not much else to distinguish it. I need a dozen or so. Thanks!

Hello Swisco, I have a Truth EntryGard operator wheel which is getting bound up on the track holes. The wheel spins freely, but the edge of the wheel is chewed up.
