Trying to find balancer from my milgard double hung window. 9/16

This is a 30 inch channel but I cannot find anyone that looks like it on your site.

Cannot find part on site

This part is attached at the top of each side of the sash and engages the sash balance. When installing the new sash balances from you I found some to be broken. The length is 1-1/2", and the width is 5/8". Do you carry this part? Thank you, Mike

I am looking for a replacement Sash Guide for a Milgard Window. Picture attached. The size is 5/8" Wide 1 1/2 H 5/8" deep at the top then narrows 3/8

Hi, have a Milgard single hung window where on one side, the hook of the balance got detached from its slot inside the window jamb. Found this out when one day, we couldn't slide the window sash up anymore to open it. I had to use a small pry bar from the bottom to get the window to crack open a lit ... (cont.)

The is the part attached to top of the window which grabs the channel balance.

I just bought a house with Milgard single hung windows. The house was built in 2005. 2 of the windows have broken balances and 3 of the 4 top sash guides are broken. The windows were made by Kinco in a home built in 1986 in Florida. I know I need several 2810 window balancers, but I'm not sure which one. Also, the part number for the sash guide / cap. Please see attached photos...

Pictures above are two different windows with similar problems. They are crooked and parts have fallen out of track. Need parts necessary to repair. I think your video shows how to replace the parts once you help me determine what I need.

I have to replace a channel balance and a part I don't know the name to for my Window. First the channel balance is stamped with "32 3 HQ Caldwell". It is 33" long, 1/2" wide and is just a tad over 1/2" in depth. The nylon string for the pulley snapped and I need to replace the entire balance. ... (cont.)

Looking to identify replacement sash guide part number. Channel balances are definitely S380-32- 3130 option. bonus points if you can tell me what hex nut size driver I need to use:) Thanks!

Hello and thanks for the sash balances I just bought. They were just the pieces I needed. However I found this broken piece. It's at the top corner of the sash and looks like it's supposed to be a stop for the top of the channel balance. It's broken so the channel balance protrudes above the sash. C ... (cont.)

Milgard Windows - 25 5 IV CMC 0

Purchased a property with a window issue. I replaced the channel balance thinking that was the fix. looks like I need this Balance Shoe as well. This is a Milgard window, I put the Mfg info in a picture as well.

I need balance rods for milgard windows which I have put heavy units in the vents. 4 @ 27" where the vent weight is 56 lbs. 4 @ 21" where the vent weight is 33 lbs

Could not find this part in the online catalogue. Would appreciate any references where I can find this part. Thank you.
