When I lift my window, the spring (channel balance) comes up which is supposed to be in place provide the counter balance. can you help me get this part?

I ordered Channel Balances and they didn't work because, I need some top sash guides. Attached is a pic of what I have. the channel balances I ordered were. 18" Series 351 Channel Balance and 24" Series 351 Channel Balance which might help you determine the size of the sash guide I need and of cou ... This is a Series 380 or Series 385 balance. If the depth is really 1", choose S380-33. If it's more than 1", choose S385-33. Measure incredibly closely to be sure that it's 1", because it looks iffy. Balance number (1) would use the "3250" weight option and balance number (2) would use "3240." These ... (cont.)

Also, the window side snap plastic is broken. So 1/2" 24 inches metal length balance and the plastic square on the window side.

I need 2 pairs of replacement channel balances but don't have the old ones for a sample. The hole where the channel balance will fit is 5/8" x 1-5/8". Attached are pictures with stamps and dimensions. The balance itself is 26-3/4 inches long. The sash is about 31~32 lbs. Also attached is the top sash guide I need to replace too. These windows are in Arizona. The platstic "catches" that is mounted on the inside of the sash have become brittle and are breaking. This makes the balancer not function.

I have a window balancer that broke, and when it did, it broken the piece that the balancer connects to on the sash as well. I submitted a pic of the broken one and it's corresponding piece. The corresponding piece is in tact. There's no sticker confirming it's a Jeldwen. It may also be a Millard.

Window aluminum frame has cut outs as shown in above pictures. Top window frame has NO place for take out clips. Channel balance that I need is S390-21 option 2040 Is there another part that goes into the Cut Out section of the window frame? Thank you.
