23 5 Io caldwell Channel Balance
The metal portion is 24". It's about 1/2" wide. There is a print that says "23 5 lo caldwell" There is also a plastic clip/guard that screws into the side of the window, that part is broken as well. Do you have replacements for those as well?

My window sash weighs 29.6 lbs, but the sash 1850 only goes up to 20 lbs, which one should I buy? Also the metal guide is 19.6 inches (50cm), should I buy the 19inch option. Balance stop?
I think this part (in the photos) that is broken is a Balance Stop? It is in the window itself, at the top, and I think it's supposed to hold the channel balance in place. Part on window at the top of channel
One of these is broken (the top part is broken off). So when I replaced the channel balances, put the window back in, and then pulled the window down, the channel balance on the side where this part is broken did not slide down with the window (it just stayed in place under the clip).
