18-188 5/8" Top Sash Guide

The metal portion is 24". It's about 1/2" wide. There is a print that says "23 5 lo caldwell" There is also a plastic clip/guard that screws into the side of the window, that part is broken as well. Do you have replacements for those as well?

I'm looking for a pair of non-tilt window balances and top sash channel balance guides for one of my Milgard windows. The balances are identified with "26 5 JV CMC 2" stamped on them and the metal channel measures 27" long. Looking at your website, I believe I've identified the balances as 27" SER ... (cont.)

My window sash weighs 29.6 lbs, but the sash 1850 only goes up to 20 lbs, which one should I buy? Also the metal guide is 19.6 inches (50cm), should I buy the 19inch option. Hello, First photo is the Channel Balance for Non tilt Milgard Windows. Second photo is the plastic "hook" attached to the window.

I think this part (in the photos) that is broken is a Balance Stop? It is in the window itself, at the top, and I think it's supposed to hold the channel balance in place. But because it is damaged, the channel balance sprung past it. Please let me know what this part is - it is 1 1/2" long (or 1 7/ ... (cont.)

Hi, I recently had a window balance pop loose from the sash. I have Milgard, single hung, non-tilt windows. When I removed the balance I noticed that the top portion was damaged (parts of the catch area were chipped off and it was missing the spacer on one side). The top sash guide was also heavil ... One of these is broken (the top part is broken off). So when I replaced the channel balances, put the window back in, and then pulled the window down, the channel balance on the side where this part is broken did not slide down with the window (it just stayed in place under the clip).
