I need to replace the top sash guide for 2 of my Milgard windows and am having trouble identifying the part.

My channel balance is marked 32 4 av cdc 1 : what do I need to order part number and what window top and bottom sash hardware do I need. The channel balance is 33in

I purchased 2 sash lifts (not sure of nomenclature) from you a few months ago. They work great, but will not stay in the window track. There must be a part I'm missing. Please help. Thank you.Craig

Hi I am looking for to sash clip similar to your part#18-166 but not the same

Just want to make sure I am ordering the right parts. I have several windows that use the pictured part. The metal casing measures 28" and 27 3 is stamped on it. I also have 2 windows that measure 34" and have 33 3 stamped on it. I think the right parts are shown above on the screenshot of my cart. ... (cont.)

I have 4 identical windows and I want to replace all the balancers. It is a 1/2" wide balancer and the length of the metal part is 25-5/8". They are stamped with the numbers 25 5. Attached are the pictures. What specifically do I need?

Hi, We have what we believe to be Milgard windows. Based on other posts I think maybe we need a series S386-33. The channel is 33" long. The depth of the bottom is 1-3/32". Channel width is a shy 5/8". Width of the base is 15/16" or a tad less perhaps due to wear. Top width is of course the same. Ma ... (cont.)

My non-tilt jeldwen window use two balances. It has a different shoe than any I see on Swisco, in that the metal clip is at the VERY BOTTOM of the shoe. Swisco's balances all seem to have the metal clip above the shoe.Also note, the balance I'm replacing (shown in photos) has "25 4" stamped on the m ... (cont.)

Looking for replacement part numbers for two different Milgard balancers. They are both 1/2 in channel. The first has a stamp with 25 5 and is 25 11/16 long (metal only)--need 2 of these.
