26-420 Tilt Window Latch, Right Hand

Most of the measurements and appearance of this part match my broken latch except the tab on the bottom. It looks too long (3/8") to fit the small slot in our window. The other option is the 26-244. Is the only difference between these two the length of the locking tab? Which would be a match with ... (cont.)

I am project manager on a renovation of a home and one of the vinyl windows has a broken (mortised) tilt latch, I cannot find a brand name anywhere on the window, and I can't find a latch with the dimensions of the broken one: 2-5/8" x 11/16" x 7/16"I have attached pictures. the plastic slider on a number of my windows has broken off so to much wind can lead to them toppling over. It looks like this part can slide out but I need to find the part first.

I need the left and right slide mechanism for a a window. It allows the person to tilt the window toward the user.

Hello, I would like to replace this part (2 units on top upper corners of sash window). On my unit the nubs that stick out from the latches are extremely short and don't stick out more than 1 or 2 mm, so the sash window sometimes falls over with a slight disturbance. This is the latch (there are 2 on each window) that you pull inward in order to enable the window to tilt inward.

I bought this house last year, it's about 15 years old and the windows are original. None of the windows will close all the way where you can lock them, and the tilt catches are old and busted. Can you help? I have a windows and I need to rebuild them

These tilt latches are smooth on both sides (no raised notch). I have searched in local hardware stores without luck - the ones that are available have a small round raised notch and will not insert into the window correctly.Thank you in advance, Becky

Hello. Attached photos show clips off windows. Oddly the clips all appear the same but have different numbers on the back.
