Hi,will the ;part#-26-200,&screw,33-200--Work w/the old existing spring Balance. ?? Siince the top plastic piece this replaces,is all that's broke. Or do I have to order NEW balance arms. ?? This is on a MW Twinseal 850 Series. Thku Ron

I need 4 balances of both of the sizes pictured (8 total). I have not been able to identify the window manufacturer. The house was built in 2000 by Centex.

I need 2ea of a 28 1/2 inch and a 32 1/2 inch S850 series balances. Y'all don't show that size. It has the black 1 1/4 inch shoe. What do I need?

From what I see, the Series 850 is the right replacement for my balances. I cannot find any Info besides Code:PAT Spec:NFRC Series: 1100/1200SH MST:4060. Hi, I am looking for the block and tackle rods for vinyl MW windows. Plastic clip on the top of the block and tackle have started to break.

We have single hung, tilt MW windows with broken balances that need to be replaced. By our measurements it would appear that we need them about 32.5? long which you do not seem to have. It looks like your Series 850.....but the top on mine is NOT like what your shows. On mine: The black shoe is 1.25" wide and the rod's over all length is 24.5". It is ONLY the top connector that is different on yours vs. mine. Keith
