I need 12 channel balances for tilt windows - plain style. Can you help me identify your replacement for this part. In need of 50- tilt sash balances as shown in the pictures. The clip with shoe should be green with a closed cam.

I need replacement balance hardware. The balance in the pic is the original and came off a single hung tilt window. The windows are about 20 years old and I cannot find the manufactures name on the window. Do you have replacement parts?

Thanks for posting. This looks like our old Series 850 Crossbow Balance that we no longer supply. Instead, we recommend you replace it with our Series 795 Channel Balance. See the video below for details.

I have previously order replacement window balance hardware S850-34 with black 1 1/4 width shoe. I think the S850-34 is discontinued. Can you give me the list of replacement hardware that is now available.

Need 20 channel balances. The metal is 26" long and has a "26F BSI TV" stamp at the clip end. Hi, I purchased two S795-14D balances to replace my existing ones. I have received the new ones, but the old ones have a hook where it goes into the wall. The new ones do not. Do you have an adapter for this or are there instructions to install it? Thank you.

Metal channel 14 inches. 14C stamped on back of channel as well as BSI and OG. Plastic end bits broken

Handyman told me that length should be 34" to 34 and a quarter.

I need to identify this balance from my window. The metal channel surrounding the spring and cables measures 27 inches long. The balance shoe measures 1-1/4 inches wide. Are the upper and lower window spiral balances the same length? At some point the balances for the bottom window were removed and discarded. The top window balances are 18" long with an orange tip. Also, there is a square hole in the vinyl where the balance should attach to the window frame. See ... (cont.)
