Hi I’ve got a Millgard vinyl window and the channel balance and shoes are needing replacement. I’ve attached some pictures to help identify it. Thanks I have a caliper and measured the thickness of the shoe and it is either 1/2” or 9/16” (caliper measures in between). ... (cont.)

The only number I see is PAT. # 5.737.877. Spring assembly is 29 inches long. Window is 29 wide x 59 high. The only marking on the window is MW on the latch.

We are looking for some old MW window balances. The shaft (gray) is 27 1/4" long, the spring is 13 7/8" long, and the other parts are in the picture. Please advise if this is something you have?

I am trying to fix my windows. They currently don't stay open when I open them and a handy man mentioned it's a balance system. Most of the windows have had the silver part in the picture snap out or it's missing completely.

The Tuscany style Milard windows were installed in 2008. The channel balancers look similar to your series 795 channel balances except at the top they do not have a screw in. The markings on the metal chanel are 28C E BSI. The E is on a smaller font than BSI.
