26-200 Balance Screw Plug

Balances in windows on home in SC built in 2000. No markings on glass, sash, sills nowhere. Upper sash doesn't move. Slides up and down and can open inwards and be removed. Thank you for any help in finding replacement balances.

I need to replace the window channels in my Pella double hung window. Number on channel says - 30D - BSI. Photos attached. How do I order?

I believe I need to replace this whole window balance. The part for the tilt in window snapped on both sides. The metal part of the balance is 27.5 inches tall and 1/2 inch wide. Thank you for your help!

This small plastic grommet snaps into the window channel. The hole is for the screw that goes through the top of the spiral balancer to hold it in place.

Im looking to see if you have 2 parts. The first I think you have - the tilt latch - I'm just not sure which one I would need. The second is the a plastic "grommet" type thing that was inserted into the Alcoa sash chanel that the spiral balance was screwed into. Please let me know if you can guid ... (cont.)

I recently ordered 16 spiral tilt balancers to repair my double hung windows that no longer stay open. Everything was going great until I got to the third window and somehow managed to knock out and lose the small square plastic dowel (see photos) that the tilt balancer screws into. the holder that goes in the wall jam reads pat*810108 the back of the window balance reads 28C and that is it, no 4 digit code anywhere on it. i have no clue who the window manufacture was either. They were installed in this house in 2008

Hi, I have a broken channel window spring balance (double hung tilted window). It's 29" long and 9/16 in width. The window was manufactured and installed by a company called DOR-WIN 24 years ago.
