Hi, I am trying to replace just the tilt shoes of my channel balance springs for my residential windows. The channel balance spring is stamped with BSI 30B. Only markings are NTT 24D. The windows may or may not be Cardinal. I need new channel balance and the pivot bar shoe. Some other windows the channel is functioning but one of the shoes has broken. Thank you

It measures 28" long , by 1/2 " wide has along spring is 14" long and two pulleys. Do not know the window brand.

I saw your response to the individual about the hook clip on the end of the S795-27C series channel balance. It comes with the top screw clip and the 15-195 T-Lock balance.
