I ordered item# 15-194. It doesn't fit my window balance. Here are some pictures. What pivot shoe do you have that will fit my Pella window balances?

The windows are M and W. The part looks like a big spring with strings attached to the top. The windows wont stay up. Can you help.

I need a S795-27. But the one I'm replacing has a hook at the end of the string that hooks at top of frame rather than a screw tab. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Number stamp is 27C

Hi, I am trying to replace just the tilt shoes of my channel balance springs for my residential windows. The channel balance spring is stamped with BSI 30B. Only markings are NTT 24D. The windows may or may not be Cardinal. I need new channel balance and the pivot bar shoe. Some other windows the channel is functioning but one of the shoes has broken. Thank you

It measures 28" long , by 1/2 " wide has along spring is 14" long and two pulleys. Do not know the window brand.
