I'm looking to see if I can buy more of these clips. May house is 15 years old, and they are breaking more and more. any idea who build these windows so I can get replacements.

The old balance has 20C BSI TH on it.The metal U tube is 20" long.I have added pictures above.Can you please give me a price for a replacement if it is available?Are the end parts opposite the hook end that the window sets in available separately and a price if they are.Thank youDonald ... (cont.)

Hi, I have Patriot windows that need new channel balances but I have no idea which ones to order. The channel is 25 inches long has the number 2500 BSI LF stamped on it but I can't find the proper channel. Any help you can give will be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Melinda

33" balance with metal hook that attaches at top of window. About 1/2" deep & 1/2" wide 33" long. Window would not open then when worked on & forced broke. Thank you for any help to identify the parts & I need 2.

Home was built in 2000 by Pulte and all of the hardware in these windows has failed. I need an equivelent replacement. The windows have nothing in the way of manufacture labels that I have been able to find. My neighbor gave up trying and replaced all of his windows. I hope I can find something ... (cont.)

I need tilt out balances. These are marked 26CBSItl. They are 26" and very similar to your s795 but it has a 1" cam similar to your 15-194. I need 4 of these balances.

30 inch channel with 30C and BS1 or BSL inscribed. Pivot shoe lock has the number 4 on the clip that holds the metal part in place. Plastic part of pivot shoe looks to have patent info "pat # 4810108" though it is well worn and I may be misreading. Channel width is 5/8

when I removed the screw holding the spiral balance the plastic piece that the screw threads into cracked and came out with the screw leaving a quarter inch hole in the vinyl window frame. Can I order these little anchors from swisco? I would like to find these little plugs... Thanks, ... (cont.)

We have MW Vinyl Windows installed in our home that was built in the year 2000.
