I found a window at one of our locations that has this plastic piece and a pivot bar. Both pivot bars on the window are broken. What kind of pivot bar do I need to purchase to fit this piece? The plastic piece is about 1 5/16" long.

I need weatherstripping and pivot bars. Unfortunately, I can't see the length of the pivot bars, as I can't get the screws off of the bottom of the sash. Hello, I need a pair of hinge pins for an upper sash. The balance system is marked "20 5 BV CMC 4" and has rectangular holes for the hinge pins. The hole dimensions are approximately 0.25"x 0.375". I estimate the age of the windows to be roughly 15 years. Thanks,Rolf
