S395-27 27" Series 395 Channel Balance

I need a replacement bottom balance hook (2nd pic) that hangs off slot in window jamb. Sash cord attaches to bottom of hook (1st pic). Also need replacement 1/16" +/- diameter sash cord. Not shown in balance package or related items. Thanks, David

Need to identify a correct replacement, please. The metal component is 27 inches long. 26-4 CA2 CMC 7 is printed on the piece. It seems ok except for the broken cord. Can just the cord be replaced? Thx!! Ed

I have 8 broken Viking 2630 balancers. From the pictures above I believe the right part replacement is the S395 27". Can someone much smarter then me please verify. Thank you in advance.Bottom is not winged and measures closer to 1 1/8", top is winged.

Extrusion 27" long (metal only), 5/8 wide (at flanges), 5/8 deep. Ends are as shown in pictures. Stamp shows 2640 BE B.S.I I cannot determine which of your options is the correct replacement. I need a pair. Many thanks, Reid

Need to replace a Viking window balance. The metal channel is exactly 27 inches long with a stamp of 2630FG at the base, with the letters BSI running perpendicular to it. Hi there, I am looking for a replacemnet for the channel balance. It is for a non tilt window and it is 1/2 " wide. It is 27 inches long, I cannot decide among the different parts because several look like as they could work. Would you be able to give me the right reccomendation based on the picture ... (cont.)

I have captured as many images as I can to ensure the correct part is ordered. The Channel Balance measures 27 inches from bottom shoe to the top of the metal channel. Channel width is 9/16" outside edge to edge. 26 4 is stamped on the backside of the channel.

Opening in window portion is 5/8" there is a 1/2" gap on either side to where it connects to the frame. I know I need a 28inch channel balancer but I don't know which one specifically. Including photos.
