I have several Viking double hung windows that have the pulley/weights broken. The one that fell out is marked 2630. It is 27 inches long, 1/2 wide if measured at the bottom (closed end) of the channel, 5/8 wide if measured at the top (open end) of the channel. I would like to get 2 replacement part ... (cont.)

The metal piece is 27" long with the number 2690 30 on it. Looks like the Series 395, but needs a stronger stamp option.

27 inches long (metal part only) stamped on bottom end "FG", "B.S.I." and "2630". As you can see, one is missing it's guts.

I need a pair of sash balances. The metal part of the channel is 1/2" wide and 27" long. It is also stamped with "2630". Can you help me?Thank you,Dante

I have a window with broken balance pieces. The number stamped on the piece is 2650. The measurement of just the metal part, not the plastic ends is 27 inches and it is 1/2 inch wide. I want to order the replacement pieces, but not sure which model to order.

Hi, we need all replacement pieces for this window, (both side pieces with springs(including rollers (tiny white wheels) We need to order more wheels for our other windows as well.

I have 3 different windows that won't stay in the up position . I think I need to replace the balancing rods. Do you also have instructions.

The metal is 0.5 inch wide, 0.5 inch deep, and 28 inches long from metal to metal. 29 inches from end of plastic tip to plastic tip. In the metal 27-6 is stamped.I think model 395 was the best match?Thank you
