I need two of these. It's 30 inches from metal to metal edge. Appears aluminum. Please direct me what the appropriate replacement would be.

Hi, I am working on repairing 3 aluminum windows. They have "PGT" brand stamped on them. I believe they are the original windows and the house was built in 1993. None of them work very well at all, and one is almost completely frozen. I would like to replace the channel balances on all three wind ... (cont.)

I need 2 sets of balances for PGT windows. 1 set is marked 23-2 IV CMC 7 and the other set is marked 29-5 IV CMC 2. The top ends are winged and the bottom are not winged. Please see included photo. Please advise if you have these and what my cost would be. Thank you.Regards,Tim

I looked through your posts and tried to match up my channel balance. I think it is a S385-30 but the bottom shoe looks a little different. Sending some pictures before I order to make sure. 29-1 stamped on both.

I want to order 2 of the replacement spring balances. The window is a PGT single hung, 45" X 30".

It is 30" measuring just metal. Has a number printed on it 29-5 KX CMC 7. Do you have a way to interchange this information. I'm not sure what weight I need so I can purchase 2 pair.
