S395-37 37" Series 395 Channel Balance

Hi, I was hoping you could help me identify the part # for these (CALDWELL) parts for PGT window there are 2 different ones. I have bought replacement parts from Swisco in the past and they work great!

Window balance stamp 36 5 measures 37 x 1/2

The only number on the spring mechanism is 3640 with BS.l. under the number.

We need your help to identifying this balance

Of the many different window sizes in the house, I thought I'd start with these that I don't have the eye to match.

I have tall PGT windows with broken top guides I believe are your 18-015. I also have channel balances which might be your 37" Series 395. I've attached some pictures. I bought some replacement channel balances (ordered the S395). The problem I have after installing the new channel balances and sash guides is firstly, the window is difficult to lift and to pull down, but more importantly, the window will only go half way down and I can't figure out what is prevent ... Channel balance for single, non-tilt window. It has the follow printed on it 36 5 AV CMC 2. I also have another one that is identical except it has 36 4 AV CMC 2 printed on it. I would like to replace these.Please help me identify. Thank you!

I need 12 window balancers to replace on 6 windows in my home

I need some help identifying my window balance. It appears to match the S395 series, can you confirm? Also, the stamp shows 36 4 bx cmc 11. Would this indicate a 3640 sash weight?

The window is PGT 36" x 36" single hung. The balance top looks like 19-005. The bottom shoe looks like 15-005 but without the wings. The balance on the window is 37". Also, do you have installation video for this window? We would like to replace both left and right side balances. Photo attached. ... (cont.)

I have4 balances that are bad. They are all identical. Number on the balance is 36 4. Need 10 assemblies of the 29-6 IX CMC 7 and 1 of the 36-9 IX CMC 11 I understand the 29-6 and the 36-9 but what does the IX and CMC 7/11 mean?

I have several PGT aluminum windows that need window components. new channel balances, plastic reveal trim. Unit number is 36 9 48*26" LT KU CMC And 36 5 KU CMC-2 Do you carry the plastic reveal trim white and the weatherstrip felt the presses into the window sash? Thanks.
