S395-37 37" Series 395 Channel Balance

Cable broke on one balance. No stamp. Printed onto the metal as shown on one of the attached pictures: 36-9 DA2 CMC 4. I have a 37" single hung balance. There is a stamp (3640 BS.I. RC) at the base. After searching your website I believe this to be the S395 model (based on the top and bottom photos). The shoe however measures closer to an inch i think similar to part #15-002. Could this just be due to wear and tear? ... (cont.)

Not sure if my channel balance is a series 380 or 385. The bottom shoe looks a little different. I included a picture with the stamp also. The rope broke on my old one. It is from a Pgt window non tilt. Thanks Bert

1/2" channel 37" long Markings: 36 4 BS1 RV BS1 or BSI rotated 90 deg I also need the clips that reattach the channel to the window.

String broke on one. I'll replace both. This is a 15 year old PGT single-hung aluminum window. The markings are 36-5 IX CMC 11

Stamping: 36 9 BA CMC 4 37" metal to metal. Need help on identifying the bottom guide.

I need to buy 2 new channel balances - my existing one has a stamp of 36 4. Is that what I should order? I also need 2 take-out clips and 2 sash guides. I mistakenly ordered two 37 30 and then realized it is too long. I am starting the return process separately.

I need four of these for PGT single hung windows that the glass actually measures 32" wide and 34 1/2" high. Obviously the frame is slightly larger (34x37). The house was built around 2001. Thank you

I have a single hung 37" channel balance made by PGT with a printer part number of (36 4 BW CMC 2). With that part number, can you tell be what stamp option to select in-order to place an order for channel balances? Thanks! Kurt
