Trying to verify the correct balance and dash guide for my PGT windows

Metal casing length measures 37 inches. Ink stamped markings 36. 4. JV. CMC. 2. adding pictures

I have 2 windows with 36-4 AA CMC 11 channel balances. Can you help ID the right replacement? Picture is from one of the two windows.

The roller in the channel balance is split, not allowing the string to retract, therefore keeping the spring in the stretched position. It is a PGT aluminum window if that matters? What model number is needed to replace this channel balance? I'd like to purchase this from Swisco as soon as possible. ... (cont.)

Measure 37" long 1/2 wide

I have PGT windows that are 15 years old and I'd like to replace the balances. Please let me know what parts to buy thank you.

I am sending you photos of the channel balance I need. I will need a quantity of 4 with all plastic parts connected plus an additional 4 channel balance top winged and 1 balance clip attachment.

The only markings on the part are: 36 5 GW CMC 11 It is 37 inches tall with a winged off-white plastic top guide and a non-winged off-white plastic bottom guide, circa 2004.

Looking for replacement part for non tilt window balance. The first part is from the top of the window which holds the balance in place. It is 1-1/2 in. high and 15/16 in. deep. I need four(4) 37" channel balances. Mine are 37" long (metal portion); they have 36 5 stamped on them. They are 5/8" deep and 1/2 " wide. I have attached photos

I have a PGT single hung window approx. 12 years old. I need new balancing springs and sash guides. I have attached pictures of these parts. From my studying the pictures on your site, it appears I need S385-37, with top 19-005 and bottom 15-004. The balance spring identifies it as 36 5 FX CMC 7 ... (cont.)
