I have attached photos of the channel balance guide I need to replace. It is for a non-tilting window, 1/2 inch wide and 35 inches long (metal track only not including the plastic clips on each end). Stamp:3340 Length 34" I mistakenly ordered S390-34 34" Series 390 Channel Balance and after looking more closely at the pictures it looks like one of my ends is slightly different. Please let me know if you find a replacement part. Thanks

I need 2 channel balance for a non tilt window, width is 1/2" & length is 31" from end to end of metal case. Numbers & letters on case are 30 4 HV CMC 7. The bottom shoe is 1 1/8". Hi, I think this thing is a sash balancer, made by whom I do not know. I need a couple of them to repair a window where the cord in one of the balancers broke. Hope the picture and numbers provide enough info, I can take more if required. Thanks, -jr-

Have a 21" x 1/2" by your measurements window channel balance . There is also a 2040 indication .Problem I'm having is there is no match on your selection page to mine. Hi, I am trying to buy 2 replacement window channel balances. Both of the window channel balances on my window broke. It is 1/2 inch wide. It is 22.5 inches long. Not always a quick learner, but a homeowner, nevertheless. The sash weighs 21 pounds, and the stamp is 2390 CG B.S.I. 25, although the length of the balance, excluding attachments, is 24". This for an Alenco single hung window. Date of construction is 1984. The length of the metal "channel" is 28 1/16". While it is 9/16 wide I understand you call this a 1/2" channel. It appears that I have 34" balance with a 19-005 top and a 15-002 shoe. The balance is stamped 3350. Does this combination appear to be correct? These are not tilt metal framed windows in a condo.
