15-004 Winged Channel Balance Shoe, 1-3/32" Depth

The channel balance series 350 what is the measurement of the bottom plastic guide? I have replacment window that are 25 yrs old & the company of business(do not know the name of company)....it has a number of 30C B.S.I. on the balance that is broken .

I need to replace window balances for the single hung windows. I am sending images of the channel balances, top and bottom shoes. Please help me to identify the correct replacement parts. Thanks, Mike

To whom it may concern, I have Rollyson windows (circa 1986). The balancer that failed has the following markings on it: 21 4 E1 Caldwell. It looks like your S380 or S385 is the correct replacement but I can't tell what the difference is between the 15-004 and 15-005 shoes is. My shoe is 15/ ... (cont.)

I don't know the manufacture of the window, but the balance is printed as 14 4 jr caldwell.

This is from a mid 1990's vintage aluminum double hung non-tilt window manufactured in San Diego, CA. There is a stamped number "2740"; metal part is 28" and 9/16" wide. Can you identify? Need 4 ASAP. Thank you in advance! Hope Hurricane Irene not too disruptive! Michael K.

I'm having trouble finding an exact match for this channel balance. It's a non-tilt window. "25 3 KO CALDWELL" is the marking. The metal piece is 26" long, 1/2" wide. the top looks like a 19-005 and the shoe 15-004. If this is a custom configuration, does it make it much more expensiv ... (cont.)

I have 2 channel balances I need to replace. The ID# 21 2 FR CALDWELL and 21 3 FS CALDWELL. They are both 22" long. The shoe looks like 15-004 and the top looks like 19-005. What part #'s should I order?
