We're looking for window balances. We ordered the S795-34 but it was too wide! It didn't go in Attached are the pictures of the one we're looking for 34 long 15/16 wide

Need to identify the balance type

I think the pivot bar is 26-448 and the shoe is 15-230. The metal springs is smaller than S-795. Thank you,James

Upper part of clip worn off. The small hole is for the string upper was for the that went the frame I have had 4 brake ion the past 6 months these are renew by Anderson . Good morning, I ordered 8 channel balances and was completely wrong. My old balance is a ribbed shape. The one I selected is square The foot piece is also much smaller than what I selected. Thanks for your help.

the metal tube measures 34 inch by 1/2 by 1/2 the shoe measures 1 1/4 by 7/16 by 1 3/8 tall the question is will the part number series 795 work for what i need

I have a 3B Windows & Doors MFG. Inc. tilt window with a 26" x 1/2" x 1/2" balance, Plain Channel the tilt shoe is 1" at its base, 1/2" at top and 1/2" deep I have attached images. Will this replacement balance work for me?

I need to replace my pivot locking shoes and latches for 2 tilt out windows. Both of the pivot shoes and latches are broken. Balance has 28B BSI stamped in it.

The channel is 28, ribbed, one inch wide t shoe. 9/16 wide channel 9/16 depth. Screws in at top of window. I tried your S750-28 but the shoe is wrong.

I have six Series 795 Channel Balances that had the top string/screw bracket break. They are original to my home which is 10 years old. Do you sell just that right angle string/screw bracket? Seems a shame to swap out for a whole new balance of this little piece. Thanks, Richard
