Hi these Plygem double hung Type 1000 DH windows were produced in 2011 looking for replacement surface mounted window tilt latches approx dimensions 2 5/8 by 5/8 I can't tell how deep they are. I am trying to find a replacement coil balance and wondered if this is one of your units. I found 2 numbers on the coil cap 1)5.365.638 2)5.232.208 I don't know if that's helpful

I need both left and right window coil balance replacements including the pivot shoes and standard support. Pls help. Ty

Good afternoon, Not sure how many coils for this window. About 21 years old, vinyl replacements. No markings found on either top or lower piece or the spring. I would guess single coil. Spring width is 0.5 inches, lock / lowner end has a 'T' and a round 3/16" hole about a half up the coil. Would ... (cont.)

One of my coil balances broke and I need a replacement. Dimensions: 1/2" wide, 3/8" tab, at least 24" long. It is marked with an "8" at the end. I think I need a 160 but don't know whether to order a 7.5 or 9#. Thank you.

The balances on both sides are broken.The piece that attaches to the balance on both side of window sash is also broke. This is the same on two windows in house.

Can you tell me what replacement parts that I need to replace both side bottom sash?

I could not find a brand on the lock or header of the window. Window size is 36.75 X 49.25.

Window will not stay up. The plastic cam housings and pivot lock shoes have cracked under pressure and broken off. I believe part of what I need may be #15-087 balance coil.
