I am needing to replace some window coil balances (Also known as constant force balances). I am enclosing a picture of the measurements of the coil balance that I made from one of the broken window's coil balances, I think the measurements that I have made are close but I was using a tape measure. ... The coil springs have broken on both sides of my vinyl window. Not sure what parts I need and don't know how to remove the broken parts as I don't see a slot to slip them out. Do I have any option to fix the window and not replace the whole window itself?

I have Simonton Windows. I number on the window is1307111154. The balances on both sides are not working. I'm looking to order replacement pieces.

There are 2 numbers on the coil there's a # 9 and 2208. On the white plastic piece that the coil goes into there's a bunch of numbers. They are from top to bottom, Patent #'S 5.232.206 9.0 LB 5.365.638 6.584.644 82

Not sure I am using the correct terminology....But the aluminum pin and the sliding plastic piece it plus into are broken on the tilting bottom sash of these double-hung windows. They were purchased in 2009. My documentation calls them "LBL Finale" and "Cascade/LBL 9100 Series" The windows sashes ... (cont.)

Hi, I need to replace the pivot coil system and pivot shoe in the attached photo. I have not yet removed the old ones. The width is 1/2 inch. Can you please advise which replacement parts I will require for this? Also, should I cut the opening or use a spreader?Thank you,Ed

Unable to get part out to identify the part

Hi these Plygem double hung Type 1000 DH windows were produced in 2011 looking for replacement surface mounted window tilt latches approx dimensions 2 5/8 by 5/8 I can't tell how deep they are. I am trying to find a replacement coil balance and wondered if this is one of your units. I found 2 numbers on the coil cap 1)5.365.638 2)5.232.208 I don't know if that's helpful

Good afternoon, Not sure how many coils for this window. About 21 years old, vinyl replacements. No markings found on either top or lower piece or the spring. I would guess single coil. Spring width is 0.5 inches, lock / lowner end has a 'T' and a round 3/16" hole about a half up the coil. Would ... (cont.)
