Hi, My window made by B F Rich cabernet. Window keeps falling and would like to purchase spare parts.

This hardware is from a vertical sliding window, with 2 panes sliding up/down. Total 4 assemblies for this one window. The pictures are from on of such assemblies. Called Andersen and based on the "SO#" was told they would send me a replacement set of"sash balances, part# 10-8016.5a" I need many more for the apartment complex I own.Internet and your search find nothing conclusive.Based on pic of label, and window... what are the Balances I need? ... (cont.)

I am hoping you can help me with these window parts. The longer piece is broken. It has the number 801030. The pivot lock is still in one piece. No number is on this part. The window would not stay up due to the broken part.

Hello, According to the sticker on the window I have a series 325 double hung window with single coil balances. The springs have broken and there are no model numbers on them. Which window balances do I buy?Regards, Eric

The plastic portion that screws into the trim has broken. Looks like a triple coil balance but I'm not sure. I can't see a part number or weight spec either. Any help would be great!

Dimension of this part of the shoe is half inch thick 1 and 3/8 long and 1 and 1/4 inch wide the foot that goes into this coil shoe is very wide according to one of the pictures I showed you so I need it to be wide inside of the little metal piece that the foot goes into the shoe. ... (cont.)

Hi, I think my photos match the 26-241 pivot bar, can you please confirm? Do you also carry the matching shoe?

Approx. 20 yr old BF Rich window, 28"x ~48". can't find similar parts on website. The measured depth is 1/2", width 1-1/4". I think it say 6 pounds (maybe 9 if reading upside down), but 6 lbs seem right for size of window??

I am pretty sure you have what I need, my pictures didn't turn out great, but the scan of the part number did. Both sides of the coils broke, so I need both plastic parts and coil springs for both sides. Can you confirm what I have and what I need to order. Again, I will need both left and right ... (cont.)

The balance measures 9/16×1-1/4 and looks like a single coil. It's for a single hung window. The bottom sash measures 28w x 23t. I took it apart and put it back together so they could continue to use it. I didn't think to weigh the window . Thank Tony
