15-228 Pivot Shoe, 17/32" Thick

Hey do you guys carry these or similar parts? I need a few coil balances and pivot shoes to match. The pivot shoe is 1 1/4" wide at the base. I think it says "6" on the coil itself but it could also be a "9". Haha of course.

I would like to if you have this coil balance in stock.

I need some help identifying which type if coil I need, to replace both of my broken coils. I think that Series 165 3 lbs is what I need, but wanted to double check. Markings: 35" P 5232208 #3.0

Hi, As you'll see on the photo, the bottom spring is broken. It reads: #9.0 35" P. The spring above reads #7.5 35" 5232208. I'm not sure which of your springs i.e. s159, s160 or s165 would be a replacement for the broken one. Or should I replace the entire balance? And while I'm at it, shou ... (cont.)

Hello.. I tried measuring the shoes for the window to see if I could get replacement parts. Ltheybdont come out however. Any suggestions? Any way of identifying the parts? Both sides are broken.

Hello, I have Amcraft Grand Estate windows and one Of the coil balance springs has broken. I need To replace the spring, shoe, and spring cover. #90 35 is stamped on the spring. 801020 is on the cover. There are no markings on the shoe.

Photo attached of the shoe and metal band attached to it that either broke or snapped out of place. Need to either get the part and replace or tutorial on how to fix without new part if possible. Thank you. Mary

I have BF Rich Cabernet window that I had replaced in December of 2011. The spring that connects to the right balance shoe needs replacing. Hello,I looked at your website and I think I need the pivot shoe 15-111. My problem is that I can't seem to find a matching pivot bar on your website. My pivot bar is 2.5 inches long with small diameter holes at 1.5 and 2 inches. Thank you.Jeff

Hello, I need these parts for a window repair. Both left and right side coil balance's broke as well as each pivot pin

Mostly I need 20 of the sash pivots but would be happy to replace the plastic housings for the 20 tension coils as well. The plastic housing became brittle w/ age and cracked when I was removing one of the window sashes to replace a broken pane. I'm guessing all five of the condo's double-hung vin ... (cont.)
