My window won't stay up I noticed the 8 spring was broke . I have attached all the photos and we took the good one out to compare to the one is broke. I am attempting to repair a window with coil that snapped. The window parts came from B.F Rich, which I believe is out of business. The coil spring broke in two pieces on the left side. I'd like to replace both sides at this point, as both sides show wear. Hello, I have a few windows that need new pivot shoes and balance coils. But I need to know which ones to get. Is there a video that show installation of coils? I ordered some pivot shoes 9/16? thick 15-129 which were too big. And pivot bars 26-241 which work great.

looking for Simonton balance. 4 of each Part #909010. Patent # 5,232,209-5,365,638-6,584,644 62 in black ink 12.5 Second balance has in black ink 11.5

The spiral balance spring in my double hung window snapped. It's a replacement window from 2007. Don't know the manufacturer; no visible signs of who the manufacture is on the window or sash. Attached are pics of the part installed and removed. Hopefully you can help.

Need to replace this coil balancer. (Do we ever replace with spiral balances?) Window is a double hung, American Craftsman. Coil holder reads 9.0 lbs I don't find a T ended coil in your catalog. Need all parts, 2 sets. Thank You

The company that installed my BF Rich windows is no longer in business and neither is BF Rich from what I understand. I need to fix my bathroom window. Springs on both sides have broken. I just wanted to double check before ordering. The photos below are from a BF Rich Cabernet double hung. (the unbroken side). Looks like 6.5#/35" The S160/165 have the same T end. The other parts appear fine.
