15-228 Pivot Shoe, 17/32" Thick

I have windows from BF Rich. I need to replace the Pivot Shoe. From the window label Code BFR Rating H-R55 Series Cabernet DH MST 3850 Pictures are attached. I think I need the 15-129 but would like your assistance in selecting right part.

My single hung window (approx 40w x 66h) will not stay open and coil balances and one pivot shoe (broken) need replacing. Each side has two coils one numbered 6 and one 7. See attached photos. Photo attached of the shoe and metal band attached to it that either broke or snapped out of place. Need to either get the part and replace or tutorial on how to fix without new part if possible. Thank you. Mary

I have BF Rich Cabernet window that I had replaced in December of 2011. The spring that connects to the right balance shoe needs replacing. I have attached a picture of the shoe and the other the piece the spring connects to. And can it be replaced or should I replace the connecting parts also? ... (cont.)

Hello,I looked at your website and I think I need the pivot shoe 15-111. My problem is that I can't seem to find a matching pivot bar on your website. My pivot bar is 2.5 inches long with small diameter holes at 1.5 and 2 inches. Thank you.Jeff

Hello, I need these parts for a window repair. Both left and right side coil balance's broke as well as each pivot pin

Mostly I need 20 of the sash pivots but would be happy to replace the plastic housings for the 20 tension coils as well. The plastic housing became brittle w/ age and cracked when I was removing one of the window sashes to replace a broken pane. I'm guessing all five of the condo's double-hung vin ... (cont.)

My window won't stay up I noticed the 8 spring was broke . I have attached all the photos and we took the good one out to compare to the one is broke. The coil spring broke in two pieces on the left side. I'd like to replace both sides at this point, as both sides show wear. Hello, I have a few windows that need new pivot shoes and balance coils. But I need to know which ones to get. Is there a video that show installation of coils? I ordered some pivot shoes 9/16? thick 15-129 which were too big. And pivot bars 26-241 which work great.

looking for Simonton balance. 4 of each Part #909010. Patent # 5,232,209-5,365,638-6,584,644 62 in black ink 12.5 Second balance has in black ink 11.5

The spiral balance spring in my double hung window snapped. It's a replacement window from 2007. Don't know the manufacturer; no visible signs of who the manufacture is on the window or sash. Attached are pics of the part installed and removed. Hopefully you can help.
