Hello, I have a slider that needs a new track and rollers. Its very warn out, largely due to lack of maintenance by the prior owners. Its 71 inches wide by 95 inches high. Hi, I need a replacement striker for my sliding door. I purchased item 89-030 but it was too wide and didn't quite work for my sliding door. Are there any other strikers that I should look into?

Slider has the Milgard symbol on hardware but no other numbers.

I ordered the 89-030 multi-point striker but this will not allow the door to close flush enough. There was never a striker plate installed when the door was installed. Hoping you can help me order the correct part. Thank you.

On 4/14/18 I received a replacement of my door handle. I only needed the latch but It worked. It has been broken again. I will buy the whole assembly if if necessary but I only need the latch lever

Hello, My sliding door double mortise lock is broken. The bottom mortise is stuck in the locked position. While the top works fine. I've removed the handle but cannot see any visible screws to remove the lock itself. The only piece with any marking is "made in New Zealand" the screws on the handle a ... (cont.)

Having problems getting door to lock 1. Striker plate in door jam may be missing parts if so what do I need. 2. I installed 2 brass screws in lock (see brass heads in pic) that were missing. 3. This is a double mortise lock that activates two other locks on the slider. Is the 82-268B the correct lock? And should I get a new strike plate as well. It is 6 5/8 x 1 7/16 x 1/2. The holes that go into the door is 7 3/4.Thank you
