My balance has a roller in the shoe. Otherwise it looks like the Series 385. The metal is 26-1/2" long. The stamp is 26 5. There's not a hook at the end. It's more like an alligator mouth. I need two.

Looking for replacement part numbers for Milgard balancers. They are 1/2 in channel and are 31 5/8 in long. They have a metal stamp with the numbers 31 5 and with letters BSI PE below the numbers.

I need to replace the sashs on my windows. The shaft is 33". The bottom I'm pretty sure is PN 15-004. The top is my curiousity it looks like PN 19-005, but not exactly. I have a 385 channel balance which I am confident in the identification. The length of the metal channel is 32 5/8", overall with both wing tip components is 34". My attachment metal clip broke.
